About The Trauma Healer Channel

We all have some form of trauma as human beings. This Youtube channel is a channel I created to help myself and others heal from trauma through music, meditation, and mindfulness pactices.

396 Hz - Healing Guilt, Fear, Shame - 10 Minute Meditation Music

The Trauma Healer has made another outstanding therapeutical musical recipe to assist you with overcoming fear, guilt, shame, and other toxic damages that you're harboring inside of your subconscious self. Let go of these toxins with this refreshing 10 minute meditation music. The 396 Hz frequency is the frequency to restore the feelings of fear, guilt and shame. It can also help with loss or grief. You will be okay, just remember to breathe... I love you.

Be safe:

Find a comfortable place to lay flat. A bed, a couch, the floor, whatever space you have will work. Make sure it's a safe place and please let others know around you that you do not wish to be disturbed for 10 minutes.

How to use this meditation:

To achieve maximum benefits, listen frequently at a low / medium volume setting. Recommended listening: Daily for 21 days to 3 months.

Let go of your past. Let go of your trauma. Rewire your brain. Believe in yourself. Believe in positivity. Healing will take time... we will be here for you.

Recovering from trauma takes time, and everyone heals at their own pace. But if months have passed and your symptoms aren't letting up, you may need professional help from a trauma expert. Seek help for trauma if you're: Having trouble functioning at home or work.
